FIRM HISTORY

Christopher P. Parnagian and Robert A. O'Hare Jr. established O'Hare Parnagian LLP after careers at international law firms headquartered in New York. OP opened its doors in 1999 on Wall Street, in the heart of New York's financial district and five minutes from federal and state courthouses in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In 2003, the firm entered into a long-term lease for enlarged and enhanced space at the historic 82 Wall Street.

The firm — drawing from the experience of its members, other attorneys and staff — delivers high quality and results-oriented legal services to its clients. OP has extensive experience before trial and appellate courts and before arbitral panels and is skilled at advising on a broad array of transactional matters for businesses and individuals. In the litigation arena, the firm primarily handles business, insurance and personal injury matters. In the transactional field, OP counsels on private M&As, financing transactions, securities law matters and corporate governance, in addition to advising on commercial leasing matters and on residential real estate deals for high net worth individuals.
