Andrew C. Levitt, Counsel

Andrew C. Levitt is a litigator who represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts and in arbitration. He has significant experience handling complex business, commercial, and securities matters.

Andrew began his career as a litigation associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and went on to practice with other prominent New York firms. Before joining Skadden, Andrew was a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio for Judge Frank J. Battisti and Judge Robert B. Krupansky (sitting by designation).

Andrew is a member of the bars of New York and of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Northern District of Ohio. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1994 and was a Contributing Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. Andrew earned his B.A. cum laude from Columbia University in 1990 with a major in Philosophy-Economics.
