James Trainor is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group where he focuses on complex commercial and business litigation matters. Jim also handles serious personal injury cases for the firm's clients.

Jim earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2004, where he was a Julius H. Miner Moot Court competitor. In 2000, he received an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and English from Brooklyn College in 1997, where he was a Ford Foundation Fellow and Merit Scholar in Philosophy.
